i would give 0 stars if i could. The dunkin’ donuts is posted online to open at 4:00am. The sign posted outside stated that it would open 60 minutes prior to the first flight, which was departing at 5:11am, therefore it should’ve opened by 4:11am the latest. When noticing that crew was arriving, i witnessed multiple people and i myself asked when they would open and they said 4:30. There was literally NO ONE behind me, and the guy asked for my order and I said I needed a minute. He gave me five seconds and asked again, I said again, that I needed a minute, then he asked AGAIN. I should have just left, instead I ordered the first sandwich and drink that caught my eye, whether I wanted it or not, since apparently HE can't wait a minute. No one else was waiting behind me, and if there was, he could have helped them. Work on your customer service.
