There LOTS of small fruit flies on the donuts. I counted 17 while waiting. This place is very inclean, poorly managed. If they make someone sick they should be sued for reckless behavior
I watched them all gang up on a black man because he politely asked them to fix his drink which they messed up. Proud of the black man for keeping his composure. Shame on them. But then again this is Boston what can you expect.
The dunkin on the JetBlue terminal has excellent customer service! Thank you Aziza for being pleasant, kind and helping us.
Contrary to Google this Dunkin isn't open, construction
Nicest customer service I ever encountered, these people were really kind and patient even though I struggle to choose and order something in English, thanks for their patience!
