Just got a donut from the one in Madison GA, and if you threw it at a window, it would break that's how hard it was. No wonder Krispy kreams is better
I just stopped in to get my morning coffee. My order was almost $25. I ordered two iced coffee’s one of them are not at all what I wanted. If I wanted to drink a bitter coffee I would have went to Waffle House! I ordered the same coffee I always get. Had them fix it 3 times and it’s still not correct. I will not be stopping here again, I’ll go to my Dunkin in Monroe from now on. Do better Madison Dunkin. I even gave a tip. Sad world that we are in for sure. No wonder y’all have a 3.2 score. Pd $35 for 2 dozen plus tip (for some reason you're expected to tip even when you walk-in and pick up). They were for a birthday party so I spent lots of time custom ordering online to get everyone's favorites. Son picked them up for me. When I opened boxes it was a COMPLETELY different assortment than my order plus hard and stale. The birthday boy's requested flavor was not included at all but party had started and too late to go back. Never again!
I used the drive-thru at this location this evening (3/6/26), and I ordered the banana pudding cloud latte. At the order screen, I placed my order and the employee told me to drive around, but didn't tell me my total. At the window, she took my card and still didn't tell me my total. She gave me my drink and card back, but no receipt. I waited by the window for a couple of minutes, but she never returned so I could ask for my receipt.
