They don't even make coffee how you order it and on top of that don't scan your app for points.
i ordered an ice latte with sweet cold foam, brown sugar syrup, and light ice- i got a iced dunkalatte (that has espresso) with no cold foam, regular ice, and no brown sugar syrup. if i wanted espresso shots i would’ve ordered it! the worker ordering it was very nice, but i thought i would’ve got my order right since i repeated myself. i was in a rush so i didn’t realize it was completely wrong until i was already out of the store.
Rude!! My husband came home very angry after ordering ice coffees from here. The young girl had no customer service AT ALL. Said nothing to him. No hello, no greeting at all I hear very often about how RUDE the staff are is that’s is currently working at this location. This will be the last time we will come here. Will be spreading the word too. Might want to train your staff about how important customer service is!! Don’t even deserve 1 star! There’s so many Dunkins in the east Windsor area. Do not go to this one!!! save the trip, I was so frustrated having to repeat myself at the drive thru multiple times and they still got my entire order wrong. I ordered 3 hash browns and they gave me 1 , I ordered a donut and they did not even ring it up. Waste of time. Don’t bother coming to this Dunkin
