Never thought I’d do a review on Dunkin’ Donuts, but this place was fantastic. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. I would come back here even if it was out of my way.
I have no issues with them; until today this guy tried to give me a wrong coffee order pretending to say thats the same thing I have ordered. In terms of service pathetic , disgusting. Staff is nice but hey come on you cannot just give me whatever you like!!! Please make sure you get your order right they try to fool you.
I honestly feel bad writing this because the employees are so nice.. but they mess my order up every single time. Like ordering a French vanilla latte. and receiving a black coffee.. the amount of money wasted at this specific store has accumulated to the point i will not return.
This Dunkin Donuts is consistantly good (some are not) and I go here quite often. The guy who runs it is super nice and runs a great shop. If there's ever a small mistake, he more than makes up for it. Highly recommend.
