This is the Dunkin’ I go to every morning before work. Always the same crew, too. They’re fast, kind, and have never gotten my order wrong. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Love this place!
Disrespectful, arrogant woman with a bad attitude. The food was good and all, but the service was disrespectful.
Incredibly slow. Even when nobody is in the store. They pay more attention to the drive thru than people in the store.
absolutely terrible service, place was empty and i still had to wait 30 minutes for a refresher???
This is the worst location in Boston. Extremely long wait times, no response approaching the drive through, incorrect orders, burnt food, rude staff, and an organizational mess. I have visited this establishment multiple times and they are consistently a disaster.
