I don't understand why the staff in this location do understand costumer, I ask if they sale oatmeal and because they are taking in their native language the y ask me if I want oat milk. I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts location and had a pretty good experience. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a long line of customers swiftly. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a glazed donut, both of which were delicious and met my expectations.
