I am a senior. I ordered a hot coffee at the register. The young tall boy there did not say one word, not even a fanting smile. Then I waited. After 10 minutes with no signs of life, I asked. The same guy, kind of upset with me, brought me a cold drink. Not a word. When I said I had ordered a hot coffee, he was even more upset. Not a word. I've never experienced worse service at any Dunkin - we stood at the counter for at least fifteen minutes while staff ran back and forth frantically, doing no actual work, taking no orders, just running in circles and babbling on their phones. We ended up just having to leave since it was clear that ordering a simple small coffee was going to take the rest of the day.
