A+ for the glenville store. It was later in the afternoon and I wanted to get a iced latte. They were still very busy at that time but I was patient and they were very nice and respectful. They told me they would have it for ready for me in a moment and even ended up giving me an extra donut. Manager was very nice. This is the way customers should be treated

Sat here for 20 minutes waiting for mine and my wife's order, listening to the staff curse and swear about management. After 20 mins they forgot our order and had to ask us for it again and then took another 15 minutes to make it. Our order was 2 coffees.
