This is, without a doubt, the most baffling staff of any business I’ve ever been to. They don’t know how to read, or at the very least don’t care enough to do their jobs properly. If you want something made wrong, your items given to other customers, or things simply missing from your order, this is the spot.
EDIT: Bought a Halloween-themed donut the day adter Halloween. Not only the worker convinced us that it was fresh, but he also charged us more. It was completely unedible - dry, old and bitter. Probably would not have passed food inspection either. Shame The poor service does not make up for the renovations. I went at 7:00am they didn’t have anything in stock it was quite shocking! I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ with no donuts at 7 am on a Sunday. Everyone seem to be in a bad mood.
