The place was filthy and the guy working was taking care of all the customers and the girl was sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone. She should have been cleaning the mess.

I know they are independently owned and operated, but they charge .75 cents for whipped cream and no senior discount.
Aaron was phenomenal. The customer service was excellent, and he was very responsive. We got our food fast, and it tasted delicious. He went above and beyond to make the Dunkin experience great. Give this man a raise.
