Service workers here are either poorly trained or incompetent. Most are rude and uncouth - especially the store manager. With her princess attitude, perhaps she should consider a different line of work. Upper management of the store is non-existent, likely because of internal favoritism. Almost every order I get will have something incorrect or missing. Portion sizes are abysmal, and the workers them out are incredibly stingy. For what?
