I order ahead specifically to avoid chaotic interactions—yet every time, I end up crossing the seven gateways of hell just to get a donut. Like others have noted, the mobile ordering system means absolutely nothing here. Every visit is a performance in confusion. There was hair in my glazed donut the cashier was rude and was dum gave me a glazed vanilla donut instead of chocolate got my whole order wrong and gave me the wrong change whole place was filthy and stinky god don’t waste ur time here
