READ YOUR TICKETS. i order a coffee and donut ahead every morning, and every morning need to ask them to grab the donut. It ruins the whole point of ordering ahead. Figure it out maverick dunks!!!
Coffee tastes off and too acidic. Would be great if they could improve.
Believe all of these 1 star reviews. The customer service at this location is atrocious.
If there was a lower rating or 0 stars I would give it to them, I ordered a half dozen donuts, 4 babarian cream and 2 filled with raspberries and they sent me whatever they wanted, I am allergic to chocolate and they didn't even ask what I wanted because they didn't have what I ordered, obviously oi didn't enjoy my donuts
Went to this location and the customer service was terrible!! The person making the sandwiches was very rude and disrespectful when I asked her about my order and the other guy taking orders told her “yes that’s how you threat the customers” My order was all wrong and they would get mad at us for their mistakes. When I asked the guys about which donuts they have because I had trouble seeing them because of my medical condition he started laughing and just said “what you see here it’s what we have”. 0/0 Starts!!
