Serious Concerns About Manager’s Behavior and Store Hygiene! As a loyal Dunkin’ customer, I was extremely disappointed by a recent experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager. I ordered a Box O’ Joe through the drive-thru and was kindly assisted by a young African-American female employee who said I could receive 2–3 extra cups.
