It's a Dunkin. No different than any other. The drive-through window staff is on point and fast!
22 minutes in the drive thru for an order I placed via mobile app...And they got the order wrong
Horrible service you stand at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you’re there. All the employees are miserable and don’t know what customer service is. The manager sits in the back on her phone and has no accountability for her staff. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to something needs to change maybe start with firing the manager because the entire staff is horrific.
