I had a mobile order that was placed for a drive-through and when I arrived, the window was empty, and I was advised to move to the next Window and I waited there for 20 minutes with no one appearing from the store, I drove back to the first window and the lady told me I told you to drive to the next one so I told her I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes so she said you have to wait. I will be right with you and it took her another eight minutes to come to the window to give us the order. Very rude and unprofessional.
The last couple months I will say I become very slow for some reason but otherwise still great service.
Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at Dunkin! The service was amazing, and I especially want to shout out Esteban, who was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and VERY attractive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you could genuinely tell he cared about providing great service. And the drink?? 10/10! absolutely PERFECT. Went to drive in. Was 1 of 2 people there. 10 minute wait.
Lg shaken espresso, not even filled. Very disappointed with the service here lately
