Extremely rude. If you don’t wanna work there or are having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. That’s how you lose business - and just lost a customer forever.
While we were going through the drive through the lady who was controlling the speaker was rude and didnt answer when we asked questions when we tried asking for a simple request of creamer and sugar and she only gave us sugar and then closed the window on us.
Dude got upset with me for asking about 1 cup of coffee. Waited 10 min while the drive thru was humming along I was standing there like a moron. Also the other employee was trying her shoes on front line didn't wash her hands and kept making drinks.
