I went there today and just went to get a coffee and waited 24 minutes. The woman working there was very slow, when I told her I had to go to work she said she has worked here for 14 years and she has never seen a customer like me before and got angry. I have never seen a dunkin like this in my life before I never plan on going there again.
Love this spot!!!! Georgette is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart she gave my family and I wonderful coffee suggestions on how to make our favorite go to orders even BETTER. Dunkin truly needs more customer service people like her! If they did they'll have loyal customers returning in no time. Thank you georgette!!! :)
