I go to this dunkin regularly, as the main Dunkin by my school I like to go in the mornings before school starts. I order 15-20 minutes prior to make sure that when I get there around 7:00 it's on the shelf and ready to pick up so I can drive over to school. Every week, I go in to get my drink and it's almost ready but never actually ready until I ask. I order from this Dunkin quite often since it's the closest to me and I pass it every morning. When I order, I make sure to place the order a good 15-20 minutes before I get there, to ensure it's ready. When I get to the pickup shelf, the order has only ever been ready once or twice. 15 minutes to make a drink is absurd. If I order more than one item that requires a bag, it's usually missing.
