I hope somebody looks at you after staring at you a few times the worst part is they messed up my coffee order made a small instead of medium and when I got that medium coffee had no sugar no sweetener
I’ll never visit this Dunkin’ again. I usually go to the one off 301 and always have a great experience, but this location was terrible. The drive-thru worker was rude and listening to music, and my drink tasted nothing like it normally does—it was disgusting. When I called, the assistant manager was rude as well. Even though she offered to remake the drink, I won’t be returning due to the staff’s attitude.
Employees were rude both times I’ve visited.
The morning staff member who typically works the drive-through, wears glasses often comes across as rude and appears upset. She frequently directs this frustration toward customers, and her demeanor suggests she is unhappy being at work. This is every time I go here. Not just today
Service is absolute trash. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while multiple people just walked passed me, didn’t say hi or even acknowledge me. Never coming to this location again.
