I came thru the drive thru very early in the morning and a specific girl at the drive thru could really use some customer service training. She was not very nice and my order was incorrect for one drink. When I came back in for a refund the girl on the inside was very sweet and understanding 10/10 for her. - at the store 10/25/2025
The ladies on the register are normally very nice. I just truly don't like how I bring my cup to get a refill with a Dunkin Dunuts refillable Tumbler & they make you feel very uncomfortable. It feels as if I'm inconveniencing them and my cup is "CONTAMINATED". They say that the manager doesn't allow Tumblers in the back so they hand your drink in their normal cups and they say that it's up to you to pour it into your Tumbler. Takes a while to get anything in this place, dont go if your in a hurry.
Went through the drive thru, and the girl taking my order audibly SIGHS while speaking to me. As if she was annoyed with her job or that I was ordering. I pull up to the window and knew it was her, she seemed to have less of an attitude when speaking face to face but overall just bad customer service. I called to let a manager know about the service and all I got was an “I’m sorry about that”.
