I've lived in the area for over a year and initially this Dunkin was very busy, over the course of the time I've been there I can say the quality of service and care of the goods provided had gone straight down. What I order NEVER tastes like it does anywhere else I get it from. It lacks ingredients and it's frustrating when this is $5 you're wasting for something you clearly wanted to start your day. Went in to get a drink and a donut and witnessed one employee Abby working. She was all alone and taking orders at the front counter and drive thru all by herself. Still had a smile on her face with all the orders she had to take and make herself.
What's to tell? Good coffee. Great breakfast offerings for a fast food place.
The workers here are beyond slow, it takes 15-30 minutes just sitting in the drive-thru waiting, they take there sweet time and put no care or effort into their work at all.
The service here is terrible I stopped by this morning to get a quick doughnut sandwich before work an it took them about 20 minutes to make my order and there was barely any customers I dont know why it takes someone so long, the workers act as if this is there first day working yet they've been here for months, while I was sitting in line waiting for my food 3 cars left because it was taking so long
