How do y’all forget the flavors in the coffee every single time??? Especially when it’s through DoorDash or Uber eats like you literally put the sticker that has the order on the cup and you still forget the flavors… if I wanted to drink straight espresso and milk, I would make it at home, but I specifically come to Dunkin for the butter, pecan and caramel combo
For as terrible as the rest of the reviews are you'd think they'd just shut down this location
Spent 30 mins in the drive thru line with only 3 cars that needed to be serviced. Finally pull up to window and they didn’t even know what I ordered.
Went there ordered one macchiato caramel. And one signature iced latte both large. I go there wait in the Drive-Thru then I'm told they have no espresso and I'm pressured to get a decaf and I said no about three times I have a picture of my receipt I would not take the receipt because they did not give me anything do you usually take a receipt when you receive services I receive no services.
