Terrible establishment, they serve you coffee with dead bugs . And when you confront them on it they treat you horrible . The employees are awful . Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed.
This dunkin is the worst out of all in the area. A medium iced coffee with cream, toasted almond and blueberry flavoring at any other dunkin is exactly $4… here it’s $4.08. I know it’s only 8¢ but where does that even come from? And not to mention all of the girls that work there have a terrible attitude & A rude look on their face when you come to the window.
Absolutely disgusting establishment. They like to serve people coffee that has floating dead bugs in it, and then ban you from the store when you return it. I couldn't recommend this spot less. Every gas station in town has better coffee (bug-free as well)!! They have been working hard for those 2.8 !!
I’m writing this review because I had some issues with my orders when going through the drive through. I contacted customer service to inform them about my experience and later that day I got a call from Walter. He asked me about my experience and helped me resolve the issue. As someone who used to work in customer service I really appreciate the way that Walter handled the whole situation.
