The company that owns this Dunkin just bad. I wish they had more staff inside the store for both drive thru and front counter. Everytime I come in here in the morning, it's a bit chaotic and disorganized and always see only four people going between front and drive thru. It ain't fair for anybody especially when you just want to be in and out. UPDATE: They need to hire more people.

One star. This was not just slow service. It was a complete failure to manage a dangerous and disruptive situation. I entered the drive through at approximately 3:15 AM and did not reach the window until around 3:30 AM, even though there were only about three cars ahead of me. A vehicle entered from the wrong direction and stopped beside the customer at the window so the two parties could socialize.
