This is a good location, and with the exception of 1 employee, who's nasty even with her coworkers, everyone else is friendly. The reason for my 2 star is because in this location only, this is NOT a dunkin rule because I asked in other locations, has started to charge customers $1.09 extra on cold drinks if you request less Ice. I asked her why if I asked for less ice, would I be charged extra? She says because we would have to add more juice or whatever. The heavy guy that makes coffee at afternoons, always use old cool coffee instead of hot. Happened 3 times in a row.
