I went through the drive through server handed my coffee and the top was not on tightly and coffee spilled all over my hand and all in my cup holder. I had to stop get out my car and cleanup as best I could on my way to work. Who thinks of taking a photo? When your hand is burning from hot coffee. Give me a break.

Drive through boy was so nonchalant and nasty I literally left my food. Definitely not spending my money there ever don’t know why I should be spending my money and be rude to and no I was rude all I do was say I don’t like my frozen coffee bitter to add cream..

This location was on my route home. I placed my order on my phone while in the place. I ordered a Dunkin refresher. One of the ingredients is black tea. The woman behind th counter who was just talking to a customer about getting paid for phone sex, didn’t know which handle on the tap to use. Handle marked iced tea didn’t dispense anything nor did another handle indicating lime. She and her coworker look underneath where tanks were and start laughing. Whoever works night shifts just can’t make coffee. I always order an iced caramel latte and you never taste the caramel and it’s always way more milk that you can’t even taste the espresso at all.
