Worst experience ive ever had anywhere. Went in 10 minutes before close and waited 5 minutes before an employee came in from outside. Employee basically told me to leave and that the coffee would be cold if I stayed and ordered. Had me order on the tablet while telling me to hurry up. Told me that next time I should show up earlier. Was slamming things around as she made the drinks and muttering under her breath about how pissed she was. This was hopefully a one-off but a young trainee was left by himself to run the store when we came in last night. The register was down so I had to use the pad at the counter to place my order of two lattes. When I came to get my order, the trainee said another employee had left and he hadn't been trained yet on how to make lattes. The purchase couldn't get taken off my account as it'd already gone through on my card so the trainee offered alternate drinks instead.
