Worst service. The old guy at the cashier don't even say HI to people and there is always an issue with the order....
Staff took 20 minutes for a bag twist and a chiller coffee unacceptable.
I’m honestly very unsatisfied and upset with the customer service here. If you’re looking for a Dunkin’ that ignores your order and just gives you whatever they feel like without asking, this is the place. The service is careless, and they clearly don’t pay attention to customers. On top of that, the food is undercooked, which makes the whole experience even worse. Overall, a really frustrating experience.
