Just went through the drive-through. No one spoke to me at the order station which I was parked at for about 2+ minutes waiting. I am the scarf lady that has been a repeat customer for 4 years. I have been a diligent customer for the last 3 months in which I have ordered a medium cold brew and an egg and cheese wrap. Today I was lied to after I asked if what I was given is Iced Coffee or a Cold Brew. I can taste the difference! She immediately said it was cold brew. I let it go, but now you have this review. Today, my boyfriend and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to order a hot oat latte and hash browns. Since we didn’t have much time, we went through the drive-thru. When ordering, we clearly said multiply by time because we just wanna make sure we wanted a hot oat latte and to add one pump of brown sugar. The customer service could use improvement, especially with good listening and clear communication.
