This Lady assisted me at the drive thru . I explained to her that I had purchased a drink at clarksburg location and they had made me drink wrong if they would please be able to add an extra scoop of matcha . At first she said yes on the speaker, when I arrive at the window she told me no because I did not give her location any money . As someone who has worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before my first thought would be to make the customers drink correctly (customer satisfaction) regardless of which Dunkin’ Donuts they went to.
