My husband and I absolutely love this Dunkin’! The staff knows our order before we even reach the counter. As parents of five kids, we definitely rely on our daily coffee fix — and they always make sure we’re taken care of. The owner/manager is truly amazing! Hot coffee 1cream 3 sugars and pumpkin! 🫶🏼👌🏼👍🏼Thanks guys!
Let’s fist start with the costumer service, costumer service at this place is awful the way I was treated not only by the worker. But the manager as well, place was dirty and the workers were unprofessional , and what do you mean 4.50$ for a cup of ice? What a ridiculous thing to do BY THE MANAGER , and also what do you mean you don’t what to give me my stuff that I’m clearly redeeming with the Dunkin app that I spend money to earn those points place sucks definitely not coming there again, SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TIME AND GO TO... read more

Workers are lazy and steal from customers. Coffees are never made to where they are supposed to. Coffees are always halfway empty. Maybe staff was thirsty and drank it.
