I heard management being rude to the employees and costumers
My husband, son and I went to Dunkin' Donuts on Bass Rd. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and hot. I really like this location. The staff were very friendly and professional.
2-16-26 @ 8:25 am I am officially done using this location. (Bass Road) The two young ladies that work in there do the bare minimum and when they make a coffee incorrectly, they literally pour it in another cup and give it right back to you! This has happened on more than one occasion. I thought I would give them the benefit of a doubt and try one more time but nope! Same treatment!
