Great hours for travelers.
The store manager believes wearing earbuds while working at the front counter is acceptable. I observed him mistaking the woman placing the order in front of me for both the drink and the meal item. Even after I made an effort to speak more clearly and loudly, he continued to make more errors with my food and drinks. For a boss to be instructing the workforce in this manner is just unacceptable. He was quite unpleasant and didnt care that his actions were wasting customers time.
First time I received ketchup from dunkin and I loved it, more Dunkin’s should follow. Food was ready as soon as I stepped in.
