Went to drive through. New building, franchise moved from old location. Great service, bagel and iced coffee were excellent.
unfortunately, this dunkin is just not good. After having a bad experience about 6 months ago, I decided to try again for the new fall menu. I always ask for extra ice In my drinks everywhere I go, And when I receive my drinks With 4 total ice cubes in it, the label doesn’t even say extra ice. Service is terrible. Numerous people working but no organization as to how they fill orders. Took over 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. The customer before me was still waiting for her order to be completed. The customer after me was served before me. If you're in a hurry, don't stop here.
Completely horrible. Ordered 10 Blueberry munchkins I received 5 glazed. When I asked the window guy I replied with that’s what you got. I ordered a Pepsi and got a diet I went in and checked the cooler and they didn’t have any so instead be told at the window they just pick for you. The two orders of stuffed bagel bits cold and not cooked Corporate needs to come in and retrain the staff. Especially when they are opening a new location on 278
