Skye was very kind and patient with me during my drive thru visit.
I gave 4 out of 5 stars because my order was very simple (three glazed donuts and a lemonade), and it was made incorrectly. I had to park and go inside to get it fixed. The manager seemed a bit overwhelmed and short-tempered at the time. However, the nice lady at the register was very kind and quickly corrected my order. She even gave me an extra donut for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. The donuts were fresh, soft, and definitely not dried out..... they were delicious! This used to be my favorite place to go get coffee. I went every day religiously. The last few months a lot of the workers have been rude, uninterested, and not what they used to be. And the drinks aren’t as good either. Switched to a different coffee shop.
I dont know what the owners og this location are doing but its not working! It cant be the people they hire because theres a new person every time i come up to the window. They always have an attitude, get my order wrong, i stopped going here for myself because it was so bad. And when i unfortunately have to go to this location for someone its never a good experience.
