I don’t understand why they never have mobile app ordering available, especially in the mornings
Be aware this is not a typical Dunkin store! I asked if they accept mobile app because I had a coupon that I told I would like to use. They said I could use it without telling me they do NOT grant Dunkin coupons and promotions. After I got my order, realized I got charged the full prize which is even higher than a regular Dunkin! Very misleading. I called the corporate to share my experience and was told the Regional team would follow up. They emailed me, apologized and said they would mail a DD gift card to compensate. Just a total ripoff. Paid almost 30$ for beef jerky and a red bull

I arrived in Hamilton on a weary Sunday afternoon and felt a great deal of exhaustion. While I waited for my ride, I stopped in this small shop. I got an iced coffee and a granola bar. It's a Dunkin Donuts, so you shouldn't expect the best quality but it's right there in the train station and is very convenient.
