3 strikes you're out! Ive gone here consistently over the last two years. The older man at the window is always pleasant. But the cooks/Baristas keep getting order wrong. Because im often going before work, im not as diligent about checking my order and whenever I call yo get exchange the pretend not to understand me. Today I called and they said they don't sell lattes??? Its Dunkin. I was thinking about boycotting anyway and this made it easier.

Incredibly overpriced. Complete price gouging. Rude customer service. Not a real DD just a knock off. Save your money use the quick check close by.

Be aware this is not a typical Dunkin store! I asked if they accept mobile app because I had a coupon that I told I would like to use. They said I could use it without telling me they do NOT grant Dunkin coupons and promotions. After I got my order, realized I got charged the full prize which is even higher than a regular Dunkin! Very misleading. I called the corporate to share my experience and was told the Regional team would follow up. They emailed me, apologized and said they would mail a DD gift card to compensate.
