Every visit to this Dunkin’ has been disappointing. The wait times are consistently long, the food is often greasy, and they almost always forget one of the items in my order. It seems like they’re either understaffed or there are serious management issues. Whatever the cause, the customer experience has been consistently poor and slow the wait time to order is over 10 min to get to the speaker and get told to wait additionally . Taylor, the manager, went above & beyond to make things right after I accidentally came in around 7:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, when there were no bagels left. As someone who’s worked in food service I completely understand cleanup starts before closing. They made everything easy & let me come back the next day with no issues. Also, this location has the BEST strawberry cold foam compared to my other local Dunkin. Definitely my favorite location!
I don’t mind that it takes long to get my order, but if you’re gonna take such a long time, I would hope that you get the order right. My coffee is not right and the wake up wrap that I had ordered came in cold. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue but they’re all half asleep and it shows in the order.
My sandwich was cold (my drive home was less than 2 minutes), my bacon burnt to the point of cremation, and my caramel craze latte was nothing but milk, cream, and flavoring... No coffee. I posted the photo of the "iced caramel craze latte" they served me. I should have just went to 7 Brew or Paris Baguette, but I learned my lesson.
