The wait time is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order.. they only take 2-3 orders at a time. Then proceed to rudely tell the customer at the speaker to ‘hold on’ or not even acknowledge the customer or apologize for the wait. I placed a mobile order and there are very few cars on line. So you’d figure it wouldn’t take long. My husband and I come have been coming here every weekend for the past few years. Today was the worst experience. We were in the drive thru for 10minutes three cars, got to the window sat there for 3 minutes. The guy at the window didn’t know which order was ours, found it on the screen we paid and sat there for another 5 min. He came back and asks what we had. Worst drive thru experience- placed a mobile order and had to wait an additional 15+ minutes to just get my order. Service was RIDICULOUSLY slow the hand you ONE THING AT A TIME.
