Poplar Road Dunkin’ Donuts is my favorite location and never disappoints! Every visit starts with the welcoming aroma of fresh coffee and baked goods. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right — even during the morning rush. Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful (the Cold Brew and Caramel Iced Coffee are my personal favorites!), and the donuts are always soft, sweet, and perfectly glazed. We had visited this Funkin for a quick ice cream treat and this gentleman made an awesome special request ice cream tacos! He was polite and friendly! Highly recommend you visit him.
*edit* (original review below) - The drive thru guy is always so pleasant and awesome when I come thru! Last time I came by they ran out of my donut - so he hooked me up with something else. Today - he gave me an extra donut 🥰 (they know the crueller is my *favorite* - I get it every morning) This shows he really pays attention to customers, and that made me feel very appreciated. I've never been to this location due to the parking lot but glad I decided to go. The staff was kind and helped me decide. The area was clean. My drink and food came out hot and delicious. Will return!
I pulled up to get a $6 meal deal with an iced coffee. It's premade coffee and some toaster oven wraps. I waited behind 2 cars and it took 15 minutes to get to the window. Once I get to the window they give me my coffee which is weak to the point of being flavorless and then tell me to pull up to wait for my food. After pulling up, it takes them another 10 minutes to bring my wraps out even though there's no customers in line. Never coming back.
