Based on my multiple experiences here, the food has tasted fine without issue. The customer service I've received is typically pretty good. The only downside is that on various occasions, I would order a specific donut and they would end up giving me a different type without letting me know (ex. if a certain one is sold out, etc.). Therefore, the fulfillment of order accuracy is not up to par. The staff needs to communicate better with the customers. But overall, would return and would recommend!
