Customer service was poor on May 8, 2025. The manager I assumed (dark skin lady with kinky hair) rang my order in wrong and it took longer to get the drink. Once I finally received the coffee it was made incorrectly and tasted like milk. I had to go into the store to have it remade. The manager was super rude asking now what’s wrong with the coffee and if you want more flavors it’s more.
