All of the staff were rude and unprofessional during my visit. The employee preparing the hot food was making snide remarks directly to customers about using the mobile app. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that does not excuse speaking to customers disrespectfully. The overall experience was unpleasant, and the staff’s attitude made it clear that customer service was not a priority.
I went through the drive thru, ordered ahead on the app. I paid a dollar something to have cold foam on my coffee, I recieved my coffee and I didn’t see it in time and i pulled out onto the main road and I noticed it and no cold foam. If someone pays for something, they recieve what they asked for
Took 25 min for a coffee on Sunday morning through the drive through at 9 am.
