I love Dunkin and visit them often as I travel for work. Not sure what's going on at this store but they are very rude and very unprofessional.
Placed an order to pick up at 1:45 today. Apparently they closed at 2pm today for Christmas Eve. The person at the drive through was rude and ignored me when I clearly told her I placed an online order already and was charged for the meal. As I approached the drive through window I noticed all the kids mishandling my food? I get it they were trying to close but my order was placed way before. I did not receive my meal and was still charged for my online order.
Always excellent service and quality drinks
