I can understand why this place has low ratings. The line was out to the road. Each car was sitting for 5-6 minutes a piece at least. I mistakingly ordered in the app thinking it would be quick and easy. Sat here for a good 20 minutes before I could even get to the speaker. Then another 20 before I got to the window. I understand being busy but this is just beyond ridiculous. If I would have known, I would have gone to a different one. I placed an order for donuts through the app, but when I went to pick them up, the girl told me there were no donuts and that I should come back tomorrow morning to pick up my order. I definitely thought it was a bad joke. She said, "That's the only solution I have..." This kind of thing is absolutely unacceptable.
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered a hot coffee, and as I was finishing it, I felt something strange at the bottom. It turned out to be a huge bug. I had already taken a sip before realizing what it was, which was disgusting and honestly made me feel sick.
Every time I come to this dunkin location the ladies and gentlemen are so nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here ever. Genuinely such nice people. They also treat each other with a lot of love and it’s amazing to see
