If I could give this place zero stars I would. The fact that they have 3.3 is crazy, they should be at 0.1 Staff is super rude the manager being the worst they will always messed up your order and have wait forever to fix it. When complain to the manager she told me it not here problem.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 10 minutes just to order! I asked the guy how much longer first he said one second then he said Ignored me so I left! And the drinks are never made right and employees are always playing around
Your employees are rude. Not courteous at all. He told me to go some place else if I cannot wait. This is Dunkin Donuts in Glendale Heights.
