Your employees are rude. Not courteous at all. He told me to go some place else if I cannot wait. This is Dunkin Donuts in Glendale Heights.

Order the donut. It was upside-down frosting stuck to the bag. Asked the cashier not to put it upside down. She said we throw the donut in the bag and give it so be it. Very rude. Horrible service and staff. We are paying for food that they are not giving for free.
Really bad customer service. Whole team needs to be retrained. I ordered through the drive thru and the girl taking the order was so rude for no reason. I ordered a turkey sausage wrap and she said they don’t have sausage so i said “all good, ill get the bacon” and shes like “okay but what else do you want?” in a rude voice and just being condescending.
