Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a cold brew, black, with NO ice and they refused the order because they insisted on putting ice in it. Let me get this straight… am I paying for coffee or am I paying for a cup full of ice? Cold brew is already cold. Ice just waters it down. The fact that a customer can’t order coffee the way they want especially something this simple is insane. I give this location 5 stars because just one person .Miss LIZA AVALOS… the manager of this branch.because she very nice and she very respectful and she talk with customers very very nice.and this second time she helped me and she told me if you need anything or if you have any problems please come talk to me and also she is fare and she listen to customer properly.this second time I changed my rating because this manager.Miss LIZA.
idk what the other reviews are saying, i recently came here and the service from the manager ms liza was amazing, she was kind and the staff was amazing. the whole time i was there it was great 5 stars!
