It’s took 40 minutes to get my drink, never come back this location again!
Very poor customer service. They serve you when you want, but the orders are incomplete. They take a long time to serve you and still get angry. You pay them for a service. We are not asking for anything for free.
I come to This location when it’s convenient around my errands. I had previously tried the new drink Sabrina ice shaken espresso in Wisconsin on vacation. I loved it. Then I ordered here last week. It was terrible. Most of the cup was ice. And there was no brown sugar flavor or much sweetness. I just had a well made drink at a nearby location so I know how it should be made. Whoever made this drink needs to learn the proportions. I’m disappointed
