made us pull around two times for our mobile order and was being extremely rude and inconsiderate on the speaker.
The person taking my order was EXTREMELY RUDE...when i put in my coffee order and asked for extra ice he made it seem like i was an inconvience and said "oh my gosh anything else??" And then ended the order before i could say my sandwhich and had to re say the sandwhich. Very dismissive and rude. Management needs to follow up with their team members and do some serious looking at the staff. Manager that i requested did nothing for me and said "okay" when i reported it as if it was dismissed again.
They’re so nice, fresh donuts, overall good quality
Rude staff at the drive-thru ordering service. Treats you like an inconvenience.
