The Dunkin Donuts in Maryland at the rest area was overwhelmed—one cashier and one worker handling a mile-long line, with most stock depleted. The staff were clearly stressed but doing their best. It’s a shame the management didn’t provide more support to match the demand. Hopefully, improvements come soon.
