False advertisement of this Dunkin being 24hrs.
Long lines. Understaffed. Bagel sandwich tasted old and stale. Self order kiosks were roped off and closed. It took 30 minutes from joining the end of the line to getting my order. Unfortunately there is not a good alternative at this rest stop.
Staff is HORRIBLE!!! I’d give a zero star if I could, do not stop at this service plaza!
The Dunkin app and Google both have the hours for this Dunkin 24/7 I was so excited to find an open one but so disappointed when i saw they were closed.
Kitchen understaffed. Mediocre coffee was served quickly but I waited 30 mins for my food order. I would not order here again.
