I ordered on the Dunkin App. My coffee was made wrong and the girl refused to make it correctly. None of my food was ready. I was told one item was out of stock. I left with nothing and the girl dismissively told me that I could not get a refund. The customer service number is not in service. I can't believe how horrible the service was both in the store and on the App. It was absolutely horrible.
This Dunkin is like a tree going through its life cycle. One day you can get a good sandwich that looks like it was made by the gods, the next day you can get one that looks like it was cooked by the devil. The drinks also follow this same recipe.
