Decent service and coffee
I would like to start this review by highlighting one individual who stands out above the entire Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. Lakeisha Newson, the manager of the 929 Kempton St. location, consistently delivers exceptional customer service and genuine care. She knows how to run a successful store without ever being rude, dismissive, or cutting corners in her service. Its unfortunate this dd fell off ... they use to care about customers...now its all rushed .. soggy hash browns , under cooked wraps or over cooked wraps . oder a latte, I get coffee.... I oder skim milk I end up with whole milk.... oh and for some reason there's no sign to say the inside is closed, so don't bother trying to park and skip the drive thru . Inside is closed ..UPDATE.. sat dec 12th 953am .. odered at latte I was given a coffee.... smh! Can somebody open up a Starbucks on Kempton plz !!!
