Like any of the other Dunkin’ Donuts the staff is always courteous. The donuts are good and they make my coffee just right.
I really enjoy getting my morning coffee from this particular location. I find the employees very helpful and nice to talk with. And that spills over on us, the patrons. (No pun intended :-) Those of us in line are happy to be there. The employees seam eager to help. And if there is a mix-up, they go out of their way to make it right; doing so with a smile and an apology. I especially enjoy Twana's efforts. Extremely unaccomodating. In every other location and even in other food establishments I've requested to have the bacon either omitted or put on the side but their location policy means im forced to eat the bacon? Are you kidding me? Disrespectful. If you have dietary restrictions for any reason particularly religious i would avoid this location.
