Staff are really nice and friendly, fast with the drinks , food is fast and the best from the donuts to the food

After spending almost thirty dollars here I dropped my Halloween bucket of 50 munchkins on the floor immediately after buying it. The 15 year old girl behind the counter said she would have to charge me again if I wanted it refilled. Wow. You people are despicable.
Don't understand how they ALWAYS get orders WRONG! Noone in the store come in order ONE coffe large light with cream and it's ALWAYS WRONG it has milk and sugar those words were never uttered from my mouth it doesn't happen once in awhile most of the time it's wrong. I can walk to this location but now drive to the Dunkin Donuts on Hicksville Road in Massapequa and guess what they get it right every time. It's not that difficult large coffee light with cream!
