The customer service needs improvement. Every time I go in this establishment, the people act is if you are bothering them. If you don’t want to deal with people don’t work in customer service. There is one guy who works here, who is great! The others have negative attitudes. 2pm crew
drive-thru Sunday 4:30 iced coffee very little ice tasted like water and to top it off the girl asked me if I wanted my change back I think I would rather drive down the street to another one
I have come here twice in the last few weeks and both twice the service was terrible, they couldn't be bothered and walk away after not offering solutions when they don't have what I ordered after I ordered it. Not coming back.
My daughter and I went through the drive through. The person on the other end of the mic was pleasant and all around friendly. Made sure our order was correct. We drove around and was treated with the best smile and infectious good hearted mood. His name was Leron? Not sure on the spelling. But we were there around 1:15-1:30.
