Usually orders wrong and always out of ice cream
I am an Uber employee and I was waiting there to pick up a package and Uber gave me a package there and the receipt was also new but the guy working here said he gave the order to someone else even though the order just arrived and the guy threw the receipt in the trash. In short, they take customers' money and do not send the orders. This place needs to be inspected urgently.
This has to be the worst Dunkin in NYS. The coffee is so inconsistent. You get charged for extra oat milk and get handed a black coffee. You order 2 of the same drinks and theyre of different sides of the spectrum. They need to be retrained and stop being so stingy, the milk isn’t coming out of your paycheck
I love DD, but not this location for sure. This is a small DD store with rude attitude from the staff. Manager seemed fine, it’s just the staff that may need some customer service training.
