Never order anything from here. If you're going to get something, go in person so you can correct any mistakes. The amount of times where half my order has gone missing or I've been given the wrong thing is startling at this point. I worry that employees are overwhelmed and/or untrained, but something needs to be done for this location because I no longer trust that I'll actually be getting what I ask for.
This location does not follow instructions when an order is submitted via Doordash. Several times I had an order come from this location and the iced coffee comes without any of the additions I ask for. I ask for French Vanilla and Skim Milk and it comes black. I have contacted this store several times on the phone and no on picks up. Very poor service and customer appreciation. Do not go here if you place an online order. Multiple times they have forgotten and then asked for my order, waited 10-15 minutes after that and had to leave. Brutal
