This location does not follow instructions when an order is submitted via Doordash. Several times I had an order come from this location and the iced coffee comes without any of the additions I ask for. I ask for French Vanilla and Skim Milk and it comes black. I have contacted this store several times on the phone and no on picks up. Very poor service and customer appreciation. Do not go here if you place an online order. Multiple times they have forgotten and then asked for my order, waited 10-15 minutes after that and had to leave. Brutal
I love this Dunkin Donuts the workers are very nice quick and fast they always get my order right and I'm in and out that's exactly what I like about this particular Dunkin' Donuts in Massapequa
