Very clean and inviting.
Rude staff and inconsistently made drinks. When this Dunkin’ first opened by my work I was so excited, and I go several times per week. But in the past year the service and quality have tanked. The drive thru staff are so rude and argumentative (and I’ve worked food service and drive thru so I know how it can be and I have A LOT of grace, but this is to the point that I dread going because it’s always so unpleasant). I had the sweetest young lady as my server. She was very helpful in explaining the choices of iced coffee. She even have me an extra donut!
