Great friendly staff especially the morning crew
The owner/manager of this store is very rude and condescending even to her employees I actually felt bad. I am not sure what her name is but she is not a caucasian woman was over heard talking racist about a customer which shouldn’t be allowed or tolerated, she even belittled an employee for forgetting the wet floor sign. Very unprofessional and the environment is uncomfortable
The manager lady at this store in Walpole on High Plain Street near Walmart is extremely rude and racially profiles customers, she is really rude. She is kinda short has dark short hair. I would not go to this store even the employee Alison was rude. I would go to another Dunkin or go to Starbucks across the street. This is my all time favorite dunkin! They are always super nice and its the only one that waits until I get there to put my cold foam on. Which I appreciate! The manager is super nice and they always remember who I am since I always order on the app.
