I’ve been to this Dunkin several times and usually have a good experience but the last couple times I’ve been my coffee was not made correctly and did not taste good

Had a good conversation with the manager Whitney I believe was her name, and she assured me that issues in the past are being dealt with. Very hard to come by people like that these days. 10/10
Feel bad for the two employees , the girl on the drive thru mike and the young man at the window. The Manager was YELLING at them like children. The young lady apologized for not being able to clearly hear my order and the young man seem to be confused maybe he was new but I can imagine its hard to learn with your manager yelling at you. I usually go to the Dunkin on brook road and they are great. However, this Dunkin is disgusting. Loaded hash browns came with no cheese, bacon was raw on everything, all coffees looked like milk with ice, tasted like diabetes in a cup. My guess would be they probably have a lot of high schoolers playing around in here, they most likely need an adult to supervise. We received a full refund but I would not recommend going to this location, drive a little further out from the city.
