I eat at Dunkin almost everyday and this location is the worse one in the Richmond area. The food quality is just not up to par with other locations. Don’t think I’ll be back here.
Cashier was rude. Food was worse they burnt everything. My coffee was pure sugar. And the place was dirty with trash on the floor. The place was not even busy for the service to be so bad.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO AWFUL!!!!!!
