They never know what they're doing and are slow as molasses. I wanted to use my points towards my order They didn't know how to scan my food. I used my points and the app applied them but tje ordered wasnt scanned on my phone. They called someone on the phone to assist not sure if it was the manager so they threw my order at me and so just go. Food is always stale/days old or they’re sold out. Went 2 hours after open and they had no bagels. Ridiculous.
