I always come here and they never fail to be friendly, and the food and drinks are amazing even if they’re extremely busy. I recommend this Dunkin’ in the area!
Drive thru was busy, so I walked in. Staff all had smiles and the manager/lead could be heard calmly directing for efficiency/ speed. I was there less than 5 min for a sandwich and coffee.
It's hit or miss here lately. Hot sandwiches sit on the counter while waiting for drinks. Sometimes they don't call out names when they place an order in the window. The table with the straws and such isn't always stocked.
The food and drinks were excellent as we expected. The service however was extremely slow, as if the multiple staff members appeared to have forgotten to fill the food portion of our order. There seemed to be significant attention paid to the drive up window though. Overall I would go to another restaurant.
