It's hit or miss here lately. Hot sandwiches sit on the counter while waiting for drinks. Sometimes they don't call out names when they place an order in the window. The table with the straws and such isn't always stocked.
The food and drinks were excellent as we expected. The service however was extremely slow, as if the multiple staff members appeared to have forgotten to fill the food portion of our order. There seemed to be significant attention paid to the drive up window though. Overall I would go to another restaurant.
Your staff needs an attitude adjustment badly. As someone who's worked in the service industry for 10 years im tired of coming there and having to deal with their horrible tones and attitudes as if im inconvincing them by ordering a cold brew. Just ew.
